Join us for our annual Valentine’s Day celebration! This year, we’re offering a choice of two locations, so you can choose a location which works for you. Choose from our downtown Upper Crust location (on Elm Street) or Green Meadows location for seatings at 6 or 8 p.m.

Enjoy a sensational four-course meal, music and a romantic atmosphere perfect for celebrating with loved ones all for ONLY $29.95/person.

Appetizer: Jumbo Crab Cakes serves with remoulade and Japanese angel hair salad or Fruit and Cheese Display

Salad: Fresh greens topped with Bleu cheese, candied pecans, red onions and grilled pears served with balsamic vinaigrette

Filet and Lobster: A mixed grill featuring hand cut filet mignon with portabella bordelaise sauce, accompanied by half a grilled lobster tail with drawn butter served with smoked gouda dauphinoise potatoes and sautéed winter root vegetables

Chocolate Dream Dessert: Triple layer chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache and chocolate sauce garnished with home made marshmallow. Chocolate raspberry crepes filled with chocolate ganache and raspberry compote and vanilla ice cream served in a brandy snap basket drizzled with homemade sauce.

Flash back to last summer when Jimmy and Katie tied the knot on a beautiful Saturday July afternoon at The Cherry Hill Event Center–check out these gorgeous images shared with us from the folks at Light Source Photography. For those of you who haven’t heard yet, The Upper Crust is the exclusive caterer for another fantastic venue in town! The Museao -which features 30 ft ceilings and 10,000 square feet of glass, steel and concrete- has truly emerged as a unique events space…and it’s easy to see why from these photos!

Back in October, we had the honor of working with Chris and Michelle for their wedding reception which took place at The Museao’s grand space.  Jennifer from Light Source Photography, graciously shared with us a few of the photos which captured the day.  You can find out more information about Light Source here.

The evening featured Upper Crust appetizers including Mini Gourmet Sandwiches, Spinach and Three Cheese Pinwheels, Veggie Wraps and Beef Tenderloin on Herb Toast.

Congratulations to Kelsey and Austin who tied the knot on Saturday, October 1, 2011 and celebrated afterwards at The Elm Street Ballroom! Kim Wade of Silverbox Photographers, shared with us these lovely shots of the day.  Check out more information about Silverbox here.

Kelsey and Austin chose a warm color palette of ivory and chocolate accented by chair covers (which make such a difference in the feel of any room) and centerpieces composed of burlap, custom wine bottles and mason jars with coffee grounds and twine. The room was beautiful and really captured the feeling of fall!

And of course we’d be amiss not to mention the fabulous Upper Crust food served at the event! Guests were greeted at the event by passed appetizers which included Rice Paper Spring Rolls with veggies and red pepper sauce as well as Spinach and Three Cheese Pinwheels.  Afterwards, guests dined on a two entree buffet featuring assorted Upper Crust breads and spreads, mixed green salad, roasted asparagus, twice baked potatoes, Bistro Royale and Atlantic Salmon with roasted red pepper sauce.

The weather this October was unbelievably gorgeous–and on Saturday, October 8 we had the opportunity to host Katie and David’s wedding reception at The Cherry Hill Event Center. Lindell Thurman, who is always so great to work with, shared these lovely images of the day.  Check out his work here!

The group used candlelight to illuminate the space and utilized lovely lanterns and rose petals on the tables. An evening reception included a plated dinner featuring Upper Crust signature breads and spreads, Classic Caesar Salad, Country Style Green Beans, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Rib Eye and Chicken Picatta.

Victor Huggins from HB Sounds kept the dance floor moving all night!  Congratulations Katie and David; thanks for celebrating with us!

July 3 was a wedding fit for a queen–and Jerry and Devan celebrated their nuptials in true royal fashion!  Nola from Creations by Nola Photography shared with us a few highlights of the day.

After a traditional ceremony, complete with bag pipes, Jerry and Devan held court and dined on a plated meal featuring assorted breads and spreads, fresh garden salad, garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes, green beans and Prime Rib.

What a glorious, gorgeous summer day–the day Lynette and Addison tied the knot at the Cherry Hill Event Center! Samantha and Scott from Scott Patrick Myers shared with us a few highlights of the day.  Check out more information on this great duo here.

Lynette looked stunning in her sweet heart gown embellished with crystals!

An evening ceremony was followed by appetizers on our two patios while the bridal party took advantage of the gorgeous park and took their wedding photos. Afterward, guests at the event enjoyed beef tenderloin, country style green beans, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, mixed green salad and our infamous Upper Crust scratch baked breads.

Lynette designed a lot of these centerpieces by herself–beautiful!

Jackie from Colorado based, Selah Photography shared these images from Chris and Abby’s August reception at the Cherry Hill Event Center.  This fun-locking duo was full of personality and loved to dance!

Guests at the event enjoyed a buffet meal featuring Upper Crust breads and spreads, fresh garden salad, Eggplant Parmesan, a fresh medley of vegetables and rice pilaf.

Such a fun exit–as Abby and Chris departed for the evening, guests lined the outdoor patio with sparklers sending them off to their getaway car.  Congratulations and thanks for allowing us to share in your day!

Happy Monday!  We’re posting a few highlights from Agatha and Josh’s ceremony and reception on July 23rd.  An outdoor ceremony was held in the park at Cherry Hill followed by a reception in the beautiful Elm Street Ballroom.

The happy couple opted for a black and gold theme throughout the space with pops of purple in the floral.  Guests were treated to a dinner including assorted Upper Crust breads, Caesar salad, twice baked potatoes, broccoli with lemon butter, and Candlewood Chicken Italiano.

A big thank you to Agatha and Josh for allowing us to share in your celebration with you and Wright Photography for sharing these images with us!
